DIG enabled us to provide an advanced digital experience to our customers with this app where they can easily manage their insurance on-the-go and be supported with useful functionalities for claims and additional services. Our initial goal was 15% sign-ups in 2 years, but this goal was achieved in just 3 months after the launch.​
